Tax militia faculty

Tetjana O. MatselykThe chief of the department is Tetjana O. Matselyk, candidate of jurisprudence, Associate professor.
Scientific work of the department is an important component of the educational process. Since year 2000 the department staff together with cadets of scientific society works on the theme "Substantiation during investigation of criminal cases in the taxation sphere". Employees of the department actively participate in all-Ukrainian and international scientific-practical conferences.

13 subjects are taught by the department: "Administrative law"; " Administrative process "; " Administrative activity of STS bodies of Ukraine "; " Theory of managing tax militia divisions "; " National safety of Ukraine "; " Organization of collecting tax debts "; " Inquiry and investigation "; " Organization of working tax militia investigatory divisions "; " Proving during pre-judicial investigation "; " Practical work on drawing up remedial documents of tax militia "; " Interaction of investigatory and operative divisions during investigation of tax crimes "; "Crimes dealing with washing up of incomes, received in criminal way, tax militia persons under investigation. Criminal-legal characteristic of fulfillment and investigation of a crime"; "Public administration ".

The staff of the department together with cadets of scientific society of the faculty researches the subject "Proving during investigation of criminal cases in sphere of taxation ".

At the department the scientific society of cadets headed by the docent .L. Bejkun has been created. Cadets of the society take part in scientific-methodical seminars, competitions and conferences which are carried out by the National STS University of Ukraine and other high schools.

The department staff prepared more than 20 cadets for participation in the international scientific-practical conference of cadets and students "Tax and other law enforcement bodies in the XXI century: management, activity, interaction".
