The Ukrainian Orthodox Church Mirlikiysky miracle man St. Nikolay's temple
is located on the territory of the National State Tax Service University
of Ukraine. The idea of the temple creation belonged to the authorities
of the academy and the tax administration of Ukraine. According to their
plan, the temple should become the center of spiritual
education for the future tax specialists. The tax service authorities
addressed for blessing to Blazhennejshy Vladimir (Sabodan), metropolitan
of Kyiv and all Ukraine to the Head of the Ukrainian Orthodox
Church. Blessing was given, and construction began in July, 1999. The
temple was raised in the half-year term, and consecration which was carried
out by metropolitan Vladimir took place on December, 19. After the first
liturgy His Pleasure gifted the temple a particle of prelate and miracle
man Nikolay's relics. On December, 19, 2001 Right Reverend Paul, Vyshgorod
bishop, deputy Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, after he served a liturgy in the temple,
presented it a particle of four Pechersk Saints relics (rev. Alipiy-icon
